Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Targa Resources is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
