Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or related field. We are looking for a confident and resilient individual who possesses strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
