Job Description:
NRG Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Manage customer accounts and ensure accuracy of billing and payment information - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
Requirements: - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong communication and people management skills - Ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively - Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
