Job Description:
St. Jude Medical is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Research and resolve customer issues independently, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Provide product information and support to customers, assisting with troubleshooting and technical questions. 4. Conduct presentations to clients and partners on our products and services. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 7. Assist with customer account management and follow-up on customer feedback.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Motivated and independent with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 4. Ability to conduct research and present information effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Prior experience in the medical industry is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
