Job Description:
Laboratory Corp. of America is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of resilience and motivation. In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong time management skills and emotional intelligence in order to effectively interact with our customers.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Follow company policies and procedures to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Time management skills and emotional intelligence - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
