Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Biogen is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer care. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, adaptable, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping up-to-date on product information and company policies - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer care or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
