Job Description:

NiSource, a leading energy company in London, England, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team at the Associate Level. With over 3 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, and possess strong planning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and in person - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and update database systems as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions - Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
