Customer Care Associate

Jones Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and hardworking attitude. 3. Strong planning and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
