Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team at Collibra in London, England, UK. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise. - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. - Assist with customer onboarding and provide training and support as required. - Continuously strive to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
