Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Dow Chemical is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by management - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Hardworking attitude and adaptability to changing priorities - Availability to work part-time hours from a home office
