Job Description:
International Paper is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and management roles. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer care team, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer care team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures - Monitor and evaluate customer care metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Provide training and support to customer care staff - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer care
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and management roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Adaptability and independence in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work cooperatively with others - Experience with customer service software and tools
