Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, ensuring they meet KPIs and provide excellent customer service. - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction. - Monitor customer care metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows related to customer care. - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer care performance.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Proven experience in customer service management. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems. - Motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
