Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Mondelez International is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Care Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes and procedures - Train and supervise customer care representatives to ensure they provide excellent service to customers - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to address any issues - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to improve overall customer experience - Monitor key performance indicators and develop reports for senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or related field, with at least 2 years in a management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to adapt to various situations and work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
