Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team at Prudential Financial in London, England. As a part-time employee at a Mid-to-Senior Level, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of customer care remotely. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Train, mentor, and supervise remote customer care representatives. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 4. Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Utilize data and analytics to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer care.


Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work remotely and independently. 4. Hardworking and resourceful attitude. 5. Excellent presentation and creativity skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
