Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

As a Remote Customer Care Manager at Gap in London, England, UK, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 5 years of experience in a customer care or client-facing role. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, passionate, adaptable, and skilled in project management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery 2. Monitor and analyze customer care metrics to identify areas for improvement 3. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience 6. Conduct regular training sessions for customer care representatives 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service 4. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Strong project management skills 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
