Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


News Corp. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and satisfaction within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives and provide leadership and guidance. 3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement. 6. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives. 8. Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer care. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits. 3. Strong adaptability and analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to lead a team and drive results. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
