Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Avon Products, a leading beauty and cosmetics company in London, England, UK, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Manager to work from home on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer care and support to our valued clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and provide feedback on products. 5. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on new products and promotions. 7. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in our customer care processes. 8. Work closely with the customer care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 6 years in customer service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong research and presentation abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
