Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


PVH, a global leader in the apparel industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to work from home in London, England. This part-time role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer care initiatives


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer care management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong planning and time management skills
