Job Description - Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


American Financial Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a driven and dedicated personality.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and general questions about our products and services. 3. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Excellent time management and planning skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
