Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Merck is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service while working remotely. We are looking for confident and dedicated individuals who possess strong planning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - High school diploma or equivalent
