Remote Customer Care Representative

Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize company software and systems to accurately track customer interactions - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve overall operations

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
