Job Description - Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a passionate and motivated Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Upholding company policies and procedures in all interactions - Seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services


Requirements: - Passionate and motivated individual with a strong desire to help others - Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Good communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible schedule to work part-time hours
