Job Description: Nordstrom is looking for a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, we welcome individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and dedicated, with excellent presentation and research skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Research and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their shopping needs - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
