Job Description - Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description: Raymond James Financial is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in London, England, UK on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and technical support. - Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence in interactions with customers to provide a personalized and empathetic experience. - Collaborate with various internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer interactions. - Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance metrics set by the company.


Requirements: - Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and motivated to exceed customer expectations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. - High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience working in a remote customer service role is preferred. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
