Job Description:
United Technologies is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers in navigating our products and services, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product recommendations. 3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our database. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identifying trends in customer inquiries and providing feedback to improve our products and services. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Excellent cooperation skills to collaborate with team members and achieve common goals. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5.
