Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


American Family Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in London, England. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. We are looking for a confident and reliable individual with strong project management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of customer care initiatives - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to process improvements - Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Confident and reliable personality traits - Soft skills in project management and teamwork - Must be a resident of London, England, UK
