Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist at Zoom in London, England, UK, plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with Zoom products - Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their experience - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and products - Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed


Requirements: - Dedicated and confident individual with a passion for customer service - Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
