Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Care Specialist at Dean Foods in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and emails, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with relevant information - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer care experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software - Prior experience in a customer care role or related field - High school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications preferred
