Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Markel is currently seeking a motivated and independent Customer Service Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders and returns accurately - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and complaints - Conduct research to find solutions to complex customer problems - Use creativity to develop new ways to improve the customer service experience - Maintain accurate customer records in the database

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills - Strong research skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
