Job Description:
Dick's Sporting Goods in London, UK is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment. We are looking for someone who is resilient and resourceful, with strong soft skills in analysis and project management.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns - Assist customers in finding the right products and providing information about our products and services - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system - Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Soft skills in analysis and project management - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
