Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Oracle in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely. This role requires 4 years of experience in customer service and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or online chat promptly and professionally. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and orders. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 2. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 3. 4 years of experience in customer service. 4. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
