Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Assistant at Xcel Energy in London, England, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing solutions to their concerns. You will also be responsible for processing orders, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. 4. Managing customer accounts and updating customer information as needed. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and resolve complex issues. 6. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 7. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and reliable work ethic. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions for customer problems. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. 8. A high school diploma or equivalent.
