Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Rockwell Collins. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in London, England, UK.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner - Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Resilient and adaptable to change - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
