Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at Hershey. This is a work-from-home position based in London, England, UK. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in customer service, while also enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product recommendations - Process orders and track shipments - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Handle customer feedback and provide solutions to ensure customer retention
