Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Dover is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be driven and independent, with strong decision-making and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their questions. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
