Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

General Mills is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain customer records by updating account information. 7. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. 8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs. 9. Create and deliver presentations to clients as needed.

Requirements: 1. Driven and energetic personality. 2. Strong analytical and presentation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Experience working with CRM software is a plus. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
