Job Description:
Amphenol is looking for a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is energetic, independent, adaptable, and has a strong problem-solving ability. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 9. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, satisfaction, and concerns.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits. 3. Adaptability and problem-solving soft skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
