As a Customer Service Associate at Desktop Metal in London, England, UK, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, passionate, and possess excellent analytical skills and people management abilities.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution to their satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
