Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Kroger is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while representing the Kroger brand in a positive light.

Responsibilities: 1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and purchases 3. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner 4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently 5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions 8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Driven and dedicated to providing exceptional service 3. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries 4. Emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with empathy and understanding 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 6. Ability to work well in a team environment 7. Must be reliable and punctual 8. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
