Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team at Phillips 66 in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position with no required years of experience, we are seeking individuals who are hardworking, driven, possess strong strategic planning skills, and demonstrate leadership abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients who reach out via phone, email, or in person. 2. Process orders and handle returns smoothly and efficiently. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to address any inquiries or concerns they may have. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up to date on company products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
