Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Baxalta, a leading biopharmaceutical company in London, England, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles, with a confident and energetic personality.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle incoming calls and emails, managing customer accounts and tracking orders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed service level agreements - Assist in planning and executing customer events and presentations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service roles - Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
