Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to work from home in London, England. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, driven, and possess excellent teamwork and planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat 2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Processing ticket reservations, cancellations, and changes 4. Assisting customers with flight information, baggage inquiries, and other travel-related questions 5. Resolving customer disputes and escalating to management when necessary 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and departmental goals 8. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred 7. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
