Job Description:
Sealed Air is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize creativity to find innovative solutions to customer problems. 4. Manage relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals. 6. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times. 7. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and targets. 8. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Experience working in a customer service role. 5. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle difficult customers with patience. 6. Strong people management skills. 7. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 8. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 9. Creativity and resourcefulness in finding solutions for customers.
