Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description


As the Customer Service Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in London, England, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations within the hotel. This part-time role requires a motivated and passionate individual with at least 8 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction - Train and supervise customer service staff to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and improve overall guest experience - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and make informed decisions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service - Proficiency in customer relationship management software - Experience in the hotel industry preferred
