Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


GitLab is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Service Manager at GitLab, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. The ideal candidate will be motivated, resourceful, and possess excellent people management and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer service data and provide insights for improvement - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in people management is a plus - Must be motivated and resourceful - Ability to solve problems and think creatively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
