Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions. As a part-time position based in London, England, UK, this role requires a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes, procedures, and overall performance - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer service issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service management - Hardworking and motivated personality traits - Excellent persuasion and communication skills - Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a remote work setting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in customer service software and tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
