Job Description:
Edison International is seeking a talented Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing support, guidance, and feedback. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience across all touchpoints. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a remote setting. 2. Excellent attention to detail and strong negotiation skills. 3. Proven experience in a customer service management role, with a track record of delivering high-quality service. 4. Strong communication and leadership skills. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
