Job Description:
Cigna is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be reliable, and resilient in challenging situations.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proven track record of achieving customer service targets
