Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at CarMax in London, England, UK. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong soft skills in innovation and presentation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in customer service management - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Prior experience with remote team management is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
