Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


LifePoint Health is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service and possess a resilient and hardworking attitude.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor customer service staff to enhance their skills and performance - Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service management - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
